This Trade Policy outlines the rules, standards, and conditions governing trading activities on the FundMe Platform, owned and managed by Lawanson-Tech. All users and traders are required to read, understand, and comply with this policy before participating in any trading challenge or funded account program.
FundMe is a proprietary trading platform designed to empower skilled traders with access to trading capital. Traders trade company-funded accounts and are rewarded based on performance, risk management, and compliance with the terms set forth in this policy.
To participate on FundMe, traders must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a verified FundMe account with accurate personal details.
Agree to all terms, conditions, and policies of the FundMe platform.
Pass the FundMe Trading Challenge before being granted a funded account.
Traders must execute all trades on the FundMe Trading Platform, which is fully equipped for analysis, execution, and performance tracking.
External analysis tools such as TradingView may be used, but all executions must occur within FundMe’s platform for monitoring and evaluation.
Automated or bot trading is permitted only with prior approval from FundMe management.
Before receiving a funded account, traders must complete and pass the FundMe Challenge.
Each challenge has specific profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, and trading duration.
Traders must demonstrate consistency, proper risk management, and adherence to the rules.
Violation of challenge rules (e.g., over-leverage, maximum loss breach, or inactivity) may result in immediate disqualification.
Once a trader passes the challenge:
They will be allocated a funded account with trading capital from FundMe.
All profits generated are subject to a profit-sharing structure agreed upon during onboarding.
FundMe reserves the right to adjust funding levels or suspend accounts in cases of rule violations or unethical trading behavior.
FundMe enforces strict risk management principles to ensure sustainability.
Traders must maintain disciplined risk exposure per trade and adhere to daily/overall drawdown limits.
Hedging or other high-risk strategies that contradict FundMe’s guidelines are not allowed unless approved in writing.
FundMe is not liable for losses arising from trader negligence, technical failure, or misuse of the platform.
Payouts are made according to the performance evaluation cycle defined by FundMe (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Profits are distributed based on the agreed split percentage between the trader and FundMe.
Traders must request withdrawals through their dashboard and ensure compliance with all verification and payout policies.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination:
Use of insider information or market manipulation.
Exploiting platform glitches, latency arbitrage, or unauthorized software.
Copy trading from other accounts or sharing credentials.
Engaging in unethical trading behavior that may harm FundMe’s reputation or operations.
All trades executed on the FundMe platform are monitored for compliance and transparency.
FundMe reserves the right to audit trades, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts if suspicious activity is detected.
Traders are expected to act with integrity, professionalism, and respect for the platform and community.
While FundMe strives to maintain continuous service, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party service outages.
FundMe will not be held responsible for losses arising from such interruptions.
Traders are encouraged to manage positions responsibly during periods of scheduled maintenance.
FundMe reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Trade Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the FundMe platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
